Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola Cabs, recently visited the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS) Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi, marking the occasion as a memorable experience in his life. Sharing his thoughts on X, Aggarwal expressed his gratitude for witnessing the historic convergence of two civilizations through his visit to the temple, which he described as a “life memory.”
On February 18, Aggarwal posted about his profound experience, emphasizing the temple’s role as a symbol of spirituality, peace, and harmony. He reflected on the deep-rooted Indian traditions of seeking peace and oneness with the universe, underscoring the significance of seeing the divine in everything. Aggarwal’s visit, which he termed as being part of the grand celebration at the “Lotus of the Desert,” highlighted his belief in India’s potential to lead as a Vishwaguru, fostering inclusive and harmonious global development.

The BAPS Mandir in Abu Dhabi, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 14, stands as the first Hindu stone temple in the region, symbolizing the fusion of Indian culture with the UAE’s identity over 27 acres of land.
