New Delhi – Tesla has accelerated its India expansion with the launch of its second showroom, located in the heart of Delhi’s Aerocity. Spread across 8,200 sq ft, the new Experience Centre offers visitors a closer look at Tesla’s technology, design, and performance capabilities. Positioned near the airport, the location is aimed at attracting both local customers and travellers curious about electric mobility.
This opening comes just weeks after Tesla’s debut showroom in Mumbai, signalling the brand’s aggressive rollout strategy in the country. The Delhi outlet not only displays the Tesla Model Y but also integrates four state-of-the-art V4 Superchargers, capable of delivering up to 270 km of range in just 15 minutes, making long-distance EV travel more convenient.
Model Y Bookings Open
Customers can now book the Tesla Model Y in two variants: a Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) at ₹59.89 lakh and a Long-Range RWD at ₹67.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of 2025. The company is positioning the Model Y as a versatile, high-performance SUV suited for Indian roads.
Charging Network Expansion
Tesla is simultaneously working to broaden its charging infrastructure across India. New Supercharger stations are planned for Gurugram, Noida, Saket, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Bengaluru, and more. In addition to charging facilities, Tesla intends to introduce mobile service units, remote diagnostics, service centres, and certified collision repair facilities to enhance customer support nationwide.
With the Aerocity showroom now operational, Tesla is firmly planting its flag in India’s growing EV market, signalling that the electric revolution is no longer on the horizon—it’s here.
