RISHIKESH, – In a serene culmination of wellness and spirituality, the ‘Anand Yatra’ retreat, masterfully led by Mumbai-based Music Therapist Anubhuti Goswami, concluded its transformative four-day journey at the iconic Parmarth Niketan Ashram. The program, held from October 30 to November 2, 2025, offered a sanctuary for individuals seeking inner harmony and rejuvenation amidst the tranquil foothills of the Himalayas.
The retreat was elevated by the presence and blessings of esteemed spiritual figures, including Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati, and Dr. Dinesh Shahra. Their participation added a profound layer of grace and spiritual depth to the initiative, which was hailed as a breakthrough in holistic wellness.
‘Anand Yatra’ was meticulously curated by Anubhuti Goswami alongside a team of expert practitioners, including Music Instrumentalist Emon Seuj Goswami, and Yoga experts Amit Talekar and Mayank Bhatt.
